2020 - 2021 Land Governance Enhancing dialogue and monitoring large scale land acquisition in the Littoral region of Cameroon. LANDCAM /CED This project created the Littoral land observatory and improved on dialogue between investor/Community and monitoring of large scale and acquisition in the Littoral region of Cameroon.
2020 - 2021 Land Governance Enhancing monitoring of large scale land acquisition in Cameroon Phase III FCF The project strengthened 3 regional observatories and supported 5 targeted local and indigenous communities to defend their land rights in the North West, South West, and south regions of Cameroon.
2020 - 2021 Natural Resource Management and Biodiversity Conservation Promotion of participatory and inclusive management of the proposed Ebo National Park IUCN-PPI The project established three community landuse plans towards the conservation of the Proposed Ebo National Park
 2020 - 2021  Natural Resource Management and Biodiversity Conservation Community empowerment through enhancing agroforestry in the North West Region of Cameroon International Tree Foundation-ITF The project supported sustainable livelihood activities for over 100 community members in Dom and Nkor, in the North west region of Cameroon.
 2019 Land Governance Pilot community land protection project of Nyurong and Ngom in the Mbaw Plain of Nwa Sub Division  International  Land Coalition - ILC This pilot project improved on accountability, transparency and pro-poor land management in the Ngom and Nyurong communities.
2019 Land Governance Enhancing monitoring of large scale land acquisition in Cameroon Phase II FCF The project strengthened over 30 CSOs in the regional observatories of South West and South regions to monitor large scale land acquisition and its impacts to local and indigenous communities.
2018 Natural Resource Management and Biodiversity Conservation Women Empowerment through enhancing agroforestry in the North West region of Cameroon International Tree Foundation - ITF The project improved on income and livelihoods of over 50 women women in Dom and Nkor communities.
2018 Land Governance Enhancing monitoring of large scale land acquisition in Cameroon Phase I FCF The project created regional land observatories to monitor large scale land acquisition and its impacts to local and indigenous communities in the South west and South regions of Cameroon.
2018 Land Governance Strengthen advocacy towards women empowerment for access and ownership rights over land. GAGGA/ CENDEP The project improved lobby and advocacy actions for women in the North West region of Cameroon for recognition of their land rights.
2018 Land Governance To enhance access and control over land for 110 small holder tea farmers in Ndu Village in the North west region. GAGGA/ CENDEP The project created awareness and organized the small scale farmers towards their land recognition and income generation

 2017 Natural Resource Management and Biodiversity Conservation To conserve the rich biodiversity of the Dom forest through creation of food forest buffer Phase II. International Tree Foundation - ITF The project contributed to the protection of the Dom Community forest and improved  on income generation and livelihoods for the population of Dom
 2016 Land Governance Enhance monitoring and advocacy against international financing and land grabbing in the North West Region of Cameroon Global Green Grants Fund (GGF) The North west Land Observatory was strengthened to effectively monitor large scale land acquisition and international financial flows that contribute to land grabbing and environmental destruction.
 2016 Natural Resource Management and Biodiversity Conservation To conserve the rich biodiversity of the Dom forest through creation of food forest buffer. International Tree Foundation The project contributed to the protection of the Dom Community forest and improved  on income generation and livelihoods for the population of Dom
 2014 - 2015 Land Governance  Enhancing land rights for local communities in the Mbaw plain of the North West Region of Cameroon  International Land Coalition  A digital land use plan has been established in Ntem Village, which is a veritable tool in protecting community land rights
*The Land rights of over 3000 women, men, youths, and Mbororo Pastoralists has been secured
 2013-2015  Land Governance  Enhancing Civil Society Participation in the Cameroon’s Land Ordinance Reform  Civil Society Strengthening Program PASC within the framework of 10th EDF  The Civil Society of North West Region has been effectively mobilized and strengthened to participating in the ongoing land reforms by submitting 30 land policy suggestions through the Minister of State Property and Land Tenure and the Prime Minister’s Office. Councils have been co-opted into the Land Board by a recent Prime Ministerial Text of 27th May 2016, this is an achievement of COMAID
 2015  Land Governance  Fostering Independent Land Observatory against land grabbing and Environmental Protection in the North West Region of Cameroon  Global Green Grants Fund  Created a North West Land Observatory of the North West Regions composed of 15 NGOs. Recent achievement is the restoration of the Mbororo Pastoralist to their ancestral ground from being evicted by the catholic University
 2012  Land Governance  Land rights and food security for smallholder crop farmers and grazers in Donga Mantung Division of the North West Region of Cameroon  Global Green Grants Fund  Established the situation that land grabbing is a serious issue in the plains through a survey. Awareness raising of food security and land grabbing to traditional authorities and communities that led to protective action
2015- 2016 Natural Resource Management and Biodiversity Conservation Dom Community Food Forest International Tree Foundation - ITF A food forest buffer has been established around the Dom Community Forest with over 20,000 economic tree species planted.

2015 Geographic Information Systems Mapping of the Nation Park of the North West Region MINFOF MINFOF have been supported to map out the Category 1 National Park of the North West Region
2015 Geographic Information Systems Participatory Mapping of the Tubah Chimp Habitat MINFOF The Tubah Chimp habitat has been mapped in view to change the status to a protected area.
2013 Geographic Information Systems Development of Council Development Plans (CDP). PNDP COMAID has supported more than 8 Councils in the NWR in the elaboration of CDPs and mapping of geo-spatial features.
2013 Geographic Information Systems Mapping of the Kumbo Water Supply network to enhance Operation and Maintenance. Kumbo Water Authority Kumbo Water Authority is effectively managing the water supply system with the GIS database and map produced.
